Kickoff
Starting with in-depth learning of the disease and its ecosystem, I co-led a national workshop bringing together experts from health, agriculture, research, and environmental fields. Together, we mapped reporting gaps, identified environmental and epidemiological trends, and defined the system’s critical requirements. These insights shaped the UX concept for a cross-platform early warning system.
